East Lyme Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom renovation in the East Lyme area brings together warm neutral cabinetry, pale veined surfaces, and brass-toned accents. A generous double vanity, framed mirrors, and softly glowing wall sconces create a calm, cohesive space, with coordinated finishes continuing into the tub and shower.

For this project, the homeowners invested $2,500 in architectural design. Intemporal Architecture specified the vanity, countertop, wall and floor finishes, mirrors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and accessories, resolving the selections together before construction.

That preparation helped the homeowners avoid expensive mistakes, unnecessary spending, and the headaches of making unresolved decisions during the renovation. Clear specifications guided purchasing and provided a consistent reference for installation.

The design investment delivered value beyond the room’s appearance: thoughtful coordination helped protect the homeowners’ budget and made the renovation easier to manage.
