Good Design Starts With Understanding the Property.
In East Lyme and Niantic, a compact shoreline lot, an older home, and an inland property can present very different possibilities. Based in Salem, Pouya is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York and brings nearly a decade of experience across custom homes, renovations, multifamily, hospitality, and educational projects.
His approach combines thoughtful design with clear communication, practical problem-solving, and careful attention to how a home should feel and function over time. Every project is personal: Pouya listens closely, explains the options clearly, and helps clients make confident decisions without unnecessary complexity.
